Volaris Airlines has a growing operation in Mexico City International Airport (MEX). The low-cost carrier is an active participant in IATA 753 and sought Quantum’s expertise to strengthen their baggage handling capabilities. Quantum has been able to enhance Volaris’ transfer operation in MEX by implementing the Quantum BRS product to manage transfer operations, improve efficiencies and prevent mishandled baggage. These developments both reduce costs for the carrier and improve the passenger experience.
As more airlines work to comply with IATA 753, the standard of service across the entire aviation industry will inevitably be raised.
